Ingredients
all 6 types- 4 sheets filo pastry
- 2 tsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 6 tbsp fat-free fromage frais
- 1 tbsp lemon curd
- 350g small ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced

Preheat the oven to 200ºC/gas 6. Set a sheet of filo pastry on a non-stick baking tray. Brush with a little melted butter and sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
Step 2
Repeat three more times, reserving about 1 tsp of the icing sugar.
Step 3
Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Leave to cool. Mix the fromage frais with the lemon curd and spread over the pastry.
Step 4
Top with the strawberries and sprinkle with the reserved icing sugar. Serve immediately.
