Ingredients

all 8 types
  1. 2 tsp olive oil
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  4. 400g tin tomatoes
  5. 1 tbsp tomato puree
  6. 1 heaped tsp dried oregano
  7. good pinch black pepper
  8. 5-6 fresh basil leaves

Step 1

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and cook for 2 minutes until it starts to brown then add the garlic and cook a further 1-2 minutes.

Step 2

Add all the other ingredients and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Blend to a smooth consistency and serve.
