Ingredients
all 8 types- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 400g tin tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 heaped tsp dried oregano
- good pinch black pepper
- 5-6 fresh basil leaves
Directions

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and cook for 2 minutes until it starts to brown then add the garlic and cook a further 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Add all the other ingredients and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Blend to a smooth consistency and serve.
