Ingredients
all 6 types- For the kebabs:
- 400g mixed fruit, sliced
- For the sauce:
- 150g berries (any type)
- sugar-free sweetener, to taste
- 2 tbsp virtually fat-free fromage frais

Simply thread the fruit onto cocktail sticks or skewers.
Step 2
To make the sauce, place the strawberries and sweetener in a blender and blend until smooth, adding a little water if the sauce is too thick.
Step 3
Spoon the berry sauce and the fromage frais into separate bowls and use as dips for the kebabs.
