Ingredients

all 10 types
  1. 30g rolled oats
  2. 30g buckwheat flakes
  3. 30g quinoa flakes
  4. 400ml water
  5. 1–2 tsp granulated sweetener, if desired
  6. 160g frozen mixed berries, defrosted
  7. 10g sunflower seeds, toasted
  8. 10g flaked almonds
  9. 10g pumpkin seeds
  10. 50ml skimmed milk, to serve (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Place the oats, buckwheat and quinoa flakes in a small pan, cover with the water, add the sweetener (if using), and then place over a low heat. Cook for 3–4 minutes.

Step 2

Divide the porridge between 2 bowls, and top with the berries and toasted seeds. Serve with milk, if desired.
