Ingredients

all 7 types
  1. 4 rainbow trout fillets, prepared (approx. 100g each)
  2. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  3. 1 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
  4. grated rind and juice 1 lime
  5. 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  6. 2.5cm piece ginger, grated
  7. 1 bunch spring onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Place a piece of greaseproof paper into a large steamer and put the fish on top.

Step 2

Mix together all the remaining ingredients and spoon over the fish.

Step 3

Cover with the lid and steam for 6-8 minutes or until the fish is cooked.

Step 4

Serve with stir-fried vegetables or noodles or rice.
