Ingredients

all 7 types
  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. half -1fresh red chilli, deseeded and chopped
  3. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  4. 750g mushrooms, thickly sliced
  5. 3 tbsp dry sherry or white wine
  6. 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  7. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the chilli and the garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2

Add the mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until any liquid has evaporated. Add the sherry and parsley. Season and cook for a further 2 minutes.
