Ingredients
all 5 types- 2 small avocados (200g), stones removed and flesh scooped out
- 200g frozen blueberries
- 10 soft dates, pitted
- 250ml skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2tbsp lime juice
Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until completely smooth.
Step 2
Divide the smoothie between 10 popsicle moulds. Cover with the lid, insert the popsicle sticks and transfer to the freezer for 8 hours, or until frozen.
Step 3
Devour straight away or store in the freezer to have later.
