Ingredients

all 5 types
  1. 2 small avocados (200g), stones removed and flesh scooped out
  2. 200g frozen blueberries
  3. 10 soft dates, pitted
  4. 250ml skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
  5. 2tbsp lime juice

Directions

3 steps in total
Step 1

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until completely smooth.

Step 2

Divide the smoothie between 10 popsicle moulds. Cover with the lid, insert the popsicle sticks and transfer to the freezer for 8 hours, or until frozen.

Step 3

Devour straight away or store in the freezer to have later.
