Ingredients
all 6 types- 2 cardamom pods, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 piece preserved stem ginger from a jar, finely chopped, plus 2 tbsp of the syrup
- 1 pineapple, prepared and cut into chunks (prepared weight 500g)
- 1 papaya, peeled seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
Directions

Place the cardamom pods, mint, ginger syrup and 2 tbsp water into a pan. Bring to the boil.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and cool for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Pour over the prepared fruit, stand for 10 minutes and serve.
