Ingredients
all 5 types- 125g fine vermicelli
- 1.2L semi-skimmed milk
- 2 cardamom pods
- artificial sweetener, to taste
- 60g pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
Directions

Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the vermicelli and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Drain. Return to the pan and add the milk.
Step 3
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vermicelli and milk have thickened.
Step 4
Remove from the heat, sweeten with sweetener to your taste, and sprinkle over the pistachio nuts.
