Ingredients

all 8 types
  1. 36 little pastry cases (mini croustades)
  2. 1 egg, beaten
  3. 4 tbsp half-fat crème fraiche
  4. 1 tbsp fresh chives, snipped
  5. pinch paprika
  6. 1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
  7. 225g fresh white crab meat
  8. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200ºC/gas 6.

Step 2

Place the pastry cases onto a baking sheet. Beat together all the remaining ingredients and use to fill the pastry cases.

Step 3

Bake for about 15 minutes, until the filling is just set and turning golden. Cool a little and serve.
