Ingredients
all 6 types- 300g raw squid rings
- 165g raw peeled jumbo king prawns
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
- juice and finely grated zest 1 lemon
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Directions

Mix the squid and prawns with the garlic, chilli, lemon juice and zest, saving a little zest to garnish. Leave to marinate for 5 mins.
Step 2
Thread a squid ring, a prawn and another squid ring onto each skewer.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan and cook the skewers, turning once, to ensure the prawns are fully cooked and their flesh turns opaque and pink or white.
