Ingredients

all 6 types
  1. 300g raw squid rings
  2. 165g raw peeled jumbo king prawns
  3. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  4. 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
  5. juice and finely grated zest 1 lemon
  6. 1 tsp rapeseed oil

Directions

Step 1

Mix the squid and prawns with the garlic, chilli, lemon juice and zest, saving a little zest to garnish. Leave to marinate for 5 mins.

Step 2

Thread a squid ring, a prawn and another squid ring onto each skewer.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan and cook the skewers, turning once, to ensure the prawns are fully cooked and their flesh turns opaque and pink or white.
