Ingredients
all 7 types- 1kg red cabbage, cored and finely sliced
- 2 eating apples, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 8 cloves
- 1 tbsp light soft brown sugar
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- knob of butter
Directions

Place all the ingredients into a large pan with a tight fitting lid.

Cover and cook over a low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender. Serve.
