Ingredients

all 7 types
  1. 1 Big Cauliflower (500g prepared weight)
  2. 125g plain unsweetened yogurt
  3. 1tsp chilli powder or flakes
  4. 1tsp Turmeric
  5. 1 tsp Nigella seeds
  6. 1 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp cumin powder

Step 1

Cut your cauliflower into big florets.

Step 2

Mix the other ingredients together.

Step 3

Place your cauliflower florets into the mixture to marinate.

Step 4

Leave your cauliflower to marinate for at least 3 or 4 hours, although doing so overnight would be best.

Step 5

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees (fan assisted), put marinated cauliflower into roasting dish and cook for 30 minutes.
