Ingredients
all 7 types- 1 Big Cauliflower (500g prepared weight)
- 125g plain unsweetened yogurt
- 1tsp chilli powder or flakes
- 1tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Nigella seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
Directions

Cut your cauliflower into big florets.
Step 2
Mix the other ingredients together.
Step 3
Place your cauliflower florets into the mixture to marinate.
Step 4
Leave your cauliflower to marinate for at least 3 or 4 hours, although doing so overnight would be best.
Step 5
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees (fan assisted), put marinated cauliflower into roasting dish and cook for 30 minutes.
