Ingredients

  1. 50g low-fat soft cheese
  2. Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
  3. 2 tsp capers, rinsed 
and roughly chopped
  4. Small handful of fresh 
parsley, chopped
  5. A few fresh chives, 
finely snipped
  6. 80g smoked salmon, 
roughly chopped
  7. 4 mini bagels

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together the soft cheese, lemon zest and juice, capers, herbs and salmon. Season to taste, then chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Step 2

Split and toast the mini bagels, spread with the salmon mixture and serve.
