Ingredients
all 7 types- 1 tbsp olive oil
- half -1fresh red chilli, deseeded and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 750g mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 3 tbsp dry sherry or white wine
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the chilli and the garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until any liquid has evaporated. Add the sherry and parsley. Season and cook for a further 2 minutes.
