all 6 types- 1 x carrot (1 medium)
- 1 x green apple (1 medium)
- 2 x medium radishes (16g)
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbs sesame seeds (24g) Optional
Directions

Peel and coarsely grate a carrot and a green apple. Put in a serving bowl.
Step 2
Chop 2 radishes very finely. Add to the bowl with fresh lemon juice and 2 tsp olive oil.
Step 3
Season well with black pepper and toss with the carrot until thoroughly mixed.
Step 4
Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds (optional). Best served at room temperature.
