Ingredients
all 13 types- 2 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp horseradish sauce
- 3 little gem lettuce, roughly chopped
- 120g cherry tomatoes, in small wedges
- 100g cucumber, batons
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 pack (300g) stir-fry beef strips
- 1 olive oil spray
- 1tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 spring onions, chopped into 3cm pieces
- 1 red pepper, sliced thinly
- Juice half lemon

Mix together the yogurt and horseradish sauce and reserve.
Step 2
In a bowl or on a platter, jumble together the lettuce, tomato and cucumber and set aside.
Step 3
Mix together the cornflour and paprika and toss the beef in the mixture to fully coat the meat.
Step 4
Spray the oil onto a pan and put over a medium heat. When hot, add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 5
Add the onions and red pepper to the pan, cook for 3 minutes then drizzle with lemon juice. Mix well and spoon over the salad, top with the beef and blobs of yogurtsauce. Serve immediately.
