Ingredients
all 6 types- 75g dairy free dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g plant-based Greek-style yogurt
- 2tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 large banana, peeled
Directions

Place the chocolate into a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Heat gently until melted. Spread 2 tbsp of melted chocolate thinly onto a piece of non-stick baking paper. Sprinkle over the pistachio nuts to cover. Chill.
Step 2
Place the banana into a food processor with the vanilla extract, 6 tbsp yogurt and cocoa powder. Drizzle over the remaining melted chocolate and add 2 tbsps boiling water. Blend until smooth and thick. Spoon into individual glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
Step 3
When ready to serve, spoon 1 tbsp of the remaining yogurt over each dessert. Break the chocolate and pistachio bar into shards to decorate the desserts.
