Ingredients
all 7 types- 2 'heads' celeriac, peeled and chopped (approx. 700g peeled)
- 450g potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 4 tbsp half-fat crème fraiche
- pinch grated nutmeg
- 25g low-fat vegetable spread
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Place the celeriac, potato and garlic into a pan of lightly salted boiling water, cook for 12–15 minutes until tender. Drain.
Step 2
Mash together with the remaining ingredients and season well.
