Ingredients

all 7 types
  1. 2 'heads' celeriac, peeled and chopped (approx. 700g peeled)
  2. 450g potatoes, peeled and chopped
  3. 1 clove garlic, peeled
  4. 4 tbsp half-fat crème fraiche
  5. pinch grated nutmeg
  6. 25g low-fat vegetable spread
  7. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place the celeriac, potato and garlic into a pan of lightly salted boiling water, cook for 12–15 minutes until tender. Drain.

Step 2

Mash together with the remaining ingredients and season well.
