  1. 450g carrots, peeled and chopped
  2. 450g swede, peeled and chopped
  3. 25g vegetable oil spread
  4. 2 tbsp creamed horseradish
  5. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the carrots and swede together in a pan of boiling salted water for 20–25 minutes, until tender.

Step 2

Drain and return to the pan.

Step 3

Add the spread and horseradish, mash well and season to taste.
