Ingredients
all 5 types- 450g carrots, peeled and chopped
- 450g swede, peeled and chopped
- 25g vegetable oil spread
- 2 tbsp creamed horseradish
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Cook the carrots and swede together in a pan of boiling salted water for 20–25 minutes, until tender.
Step 2
Drain and return to the pan.
Step 3
Add the spread and horseradish, mash well and season to taste.
