Ingredients

all 11 types
  1. 400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  2. 300g pack cooked beetroot in natural juices/water, drained
  3. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  4. pinch cayenne pepper
  5. 1 tsp cumin
  6. freshly ground black pepper
  7. 2 tsp tahini
  8. 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  9. juice half lemon
  10. 1 tsp chopped mint to serve
  11. vegetable crudités, to serve

Directions

Step 1

Blend half the tin of chickpeas and all the other ingredients together until almost smooth and well combined.

Step 2

Roughly crush the remaining chickpeas with a fork and stir into the mixture – this adds texture to your hummus. Sprinkle over the mint and serve with vegetable crudités.
