Ingredients
all 4 types- 3 pears, peeled, cored and quartered
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
- good pinch mixed spice
- 5 slices of honeydew melon, cut into cubes (edible flesh 500g)

Simply mix together all the ingredients, divide between 6 large squares of foil and secure into parcels.

Cook over the barbeque coals for about 10–12 minutes and serve.
