all 5 types- 40g plain porridge oats
- 3 level tbsp skimmed milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.
Step 2
Put the oats, milk, egg, vanilla and cinnamon in a small, deep ovenproof dish that leaves room for the mixture to rise as it cooks. Mix well and cook in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and firm to the touch.
Step 3
Remove from the oven, cool for 3 minutes and top with the quark or yogurt, fruit of your choice and mint sprig.
