Ingredients
all 4 types- 1.25kg thinly sliced potatoes
- 3 cloves sliced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions

In a large lightly greased ovenproof dish, layer the sliced potatoes, sliced garlic and fresh thyme.
Step 2
Mix together the olive oil and 200ml water, season and pour over the potatoes.
Step 3
Cover with foil and bake at 170ºC/gas 3, for 1 hour, removing the foil halfway through cooking time.
