Ingredients
all 11 types- 3-4 sticks celery, cut into 14 x 5cm long pieces
- 100g reduced-fat cottage cheese
- Topping for the tomato and basil bites:
- 15g sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- pinch white pepper
- pinch paprika pepper
- Topping for the Parma ham and spring onion bites:
- 1 slice Parma ham, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- pinch white pepper
Directions

Divide the cottage cheese between two bowls.
Step 2
Add sundried tomato, basil and a pinch of white pepper to one bowl, and mix.
Step 3
Add the spring onion, Parma ham and a pinch of pepper to the other bowl, and mix.
Step 4
Spoon the mixtures evenly into the hollow of the celery pieces, and sprinkle the sun-dried tomato ones with a pinch of paprika.
