Ingredients

  1. 3-4 sticks celery, cut into 14 x 5cm long pieces
  2. 100g reduced-fat cottage cheese
  3. Topping for the tomato and basil bites:
  4. 15g sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
  5. 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  6. pinch white pepper
  7. pinch paprika pepper
  8. Topping for the Parma ham and spring onion bites:
  9. 1 slice Parma ham, finely chopped
  10. 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  11. pinch white pepper

Directions

Step 1

Divide the cottage cheese between two bowls.

Step 2

Add sundried tomato, basil and a pinch of white pepper to one bowl, and mix.

Step 3

Add the spring onion, Parma ham and a pinch of pepper to the other bowl, and mix.

Step 4

Spoon the mixtures evenly into the hollow of the celery pieces, and sprinkle the sun-dried tomato ones with a pinch of paprika.
