Ingredients

all 6 types
  1. For the kebabs:
  2. 400g mixed fruit, sliced
  3. For the sauce:
  4. 150g berries (any type)
  5. sugar-free sweetener, to taste
  6. 2 tbsp virtually fat-free fromage frais

Directions

3 steps in total
Step 1

Simply thread the fruit onto cocktail sticks or skewers.

Step 2

To make the sauce, place the strawberries and sweetener in a blender and blend until smooth, adding a little water if the sauce is too thick.

Step 3

Spoon the berry sauce and the fromage frais into separate bowls and use as dips for the kebabs.
