Ingredients
all 7 types- half Savoy cabbage (about 400g)
- 1 leek (100g)
- 2–3 carrots (200g)
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- juice 1 lemon
- 1 heaped tsp grain mustard
- pinch pepper
Directions

Remove any really thick stems, then finely shred the cabbage using a mandolin or food processor.
Step 2
Finely shred the leek and grate the carrots.
Step 3
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least and hour before serving.
