Ingredients

all 9 types
  1. 212g tin wild pacific pink salmon
  2. 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  3. 1tbsp capers, rinsed and roughly chopped
  4. half red pepper, finely chopped
  5. 5cm cucumber, deseeded and finely chopped
  6. 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill/parsley, plus sprig to serve
  7. juice half lemon
  8. good pinch white pepper
  9. 25g reduced-fat cream cheese

Directions

3 steps in total
Step 1

Remove the skin from the salmon but retain the bones. Add to a bowl, then mix in all the ingredients, except the cream cheese, and mix well.

Step 2

Stir in the cream cheese, mix again and serve topped with a sprig of dill.

Step 3

Serve with small squares of toast.
