Ingredients
all 9 types- 212g tin wild pacific pink salmon
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1tbsp capers, rinsed and roughly chopped
- half red pepper, finely chopped
- 5cm cucumber, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill/parsley, plus sprig to serve
- juice half lemon
- good pinch white pepper
- 25g reduced-fat cream cheese
Directions

Remove the skin from the salmon but retain the bones. Add to a bowl, then mix in all the ingredients, except the cream cheese, and mix well.
Step 2
Stir in the cream cheese, mix again and serve topped with a sprig of dill.
Step 3
Serve with small squares of toast.
