Ingredients
all 6 types- 1 brown sandwich thin, halved
- 80g reduced-fat natural cottage cheese
- 1 sprig fresh dill
- 1 splash Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 30g cucumber, thinly sliced
- 50g cooked and peeled king prawns
Directions

Lightly toast the sandwich thin halves. Mix the cottage cheese with some snipped dill, a few drops of Tabasco, if using, and some black pepper.
Step 2
Pile the mixture on top of the sandwich thins, then add the cucumber slices, prawns, another sprinkling of dill and splash of Tabasco, then serve.
