Ingredients

  1. 1 brown sandwich thin, halved
  2. 80g reduced-fat natural cottage cheese
  3. 1 sprig fresh dill
  4. 1 splash Tabasco sauce (optional)
  5. 30g cucumber, thinly sliced
  6. 50g cooked and peeled king prawns

Directions

Step 1

Lightly toast the sandwich thin halves. Mix the cottage cheese with some snipped dill, a few drops of Tabasco, if using, and some black pepper. 

Step 2

Pile the mixture on top of the sandwich thins, then add the cucumber slices, prawns, another sprinkling of dill and splash of Tabasco, then serve.
