Ingredients
all 4 types- ½ small red chilli (10g)
- 2 small slices wholemeal bread (40g)
- 120g tin of sardines in olive oil
- rocket (40g)
Directions

Deseed and finely slice ½ small red chilli.
Step 2
Drain a can of sardines, reserving some of the oil.
Step 3
Put a handful of rocket on top of the slices of bread and arrange the sardines on top.
Step 4
Scatter with the chilli slices and drizzle over a little of the reserved oil.
