Ingredients
all 5 types- 340g Medjool dates, stones removed
- 80g raw almonds
- 25g unsweetened cocoa powder, plus extra for rolling
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process for 2–3 minutes, or until a sticky dough ball forms.
Step 2
Roll 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls and roll in the extra cocoa powder to coat. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
