Ingredients
all 6 types- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 or 3 cinnamon sticks
- 3cm fresh ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 star anise, and extra to serve
- 6 whole cloves, and extra to serve
- 1L 100% pure apple juice
Directions

Place 1 of the oranges with 1 of the cinnamon sticks, ginger, star anise and cloves in a saucepan with a litre of boiling water, and simmer gently for ten minutes.
Step 2
Add the apple juice and gently heat for 3-4 minutes, taking care not to boil.
Step 3
Strain, pour into a jug or individual glasses and garnish with cinnamon sticks, slices of orange, cloves and star anise.
