Ingredients

all 12 types
  1. 1 egg, beaten
  2. 1 heaped tbsp natural low-fat yogurt
  3. good pinch white pepper
  4. 10g half-fat Cheddar, grated
  5. 5g Parmesan, finely grated
  6. 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  7. 40g frozen peas, defrosted
  8. 1 heaped tbsp wholemeal flour
  9. third tsp baking powder or bicarbonate of soda
  10. 1 heaped tsp chopped chives (save a few to garnish)
  11. half tsp sunflower oil
  12. pinch paprika

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, beat the egg, yogurt, white pepper and cheeses together, mixing well. Stir in the spring onion and peas.

Step 2

Stir in the flour and baking powder, mixing well. Lightly oil a mug, then add the ingredients. Heat for 2 minutes on full power (800W) then leave to stand for 1 minute.

Step 3

Sprinkle with paprika and a few chives to serve.

Step 4

Can either be eaten direct from the mug or turned out onto a plate and served with salad.
