  1. 225g dried pasta shapes
  2. 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  3. 10 black olives, sliced
  4. quarter cucumber, chopped
  5. half red onion, thinly sliced
  6. 40g Feta cheese, crumbled
  7. 15g pine nuts, toasted
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil
  9. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  10. handful basil leaves

Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Drain and refresh under cold water.
