  1. 1 x 400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  2. 1 clove garlic
  3. juice 1 lemon
  4. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  5. 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  6. freshly ground black pepper
  7. To serve:
  8. warmed pitta, cut into chunks

Place all the hummus ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until almost smooth and well combined.

Step 2

Spoon into a serving bowl and serve with the warmed pitta.
