all 6 types
  1. 2 meringue nests, roughly crushed, total weight 25g
  2. 1 banana, sliced
  3. 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
  4. 1 paw paw, peeled, deseeded and chopped
  5. flesh of 2 passion fruits
  6. 200g tub virtually fat-free fromage frais

Directions

3 steps in total
Step 1

Place a little meringue into the bottom of 3 tall glasses. Add a little banana, kiwi, paw paw and passion fruit to each glass.

Step 2

Spoon a little fromage frais over the fruit.

Step 3

Continue to layer the ingredients until they are all used up. Serve immediately.
