  1. 350g fresh cranberries
  2. 3 tbsp port
  3. grated rind and juice 1 orange
  4. intense sweetener or sugar to taste

Place the cranberries, port, orange rind and juice into a pan.

Step 2

Cover and simmer for 8–10 minutes until softened and juicy.

Step 3

Stir through sweetener or sugar to taste.

Step 4

Cool and chill until required.
