Ingredients

all 11 types
  1. 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  2. 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  3. 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  4. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  5. 400g pork fillet, visible fat removed and chopped into small chunks
  6. 2 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  7. 1 tbsp tomato puree
  8. 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
  9. 1 heaped tsp smoked paprika
  10. 1 tsp chilli powder
  11. 2 x 400g tin cannellini beans, drained weight approx 470g

Directions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2

Add the red pepper and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add the pork and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

Step 4

Add the chopped tomatoes, puree, molasses, paprika and chilli, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Stir in the beans, simmer for another 5 minutes then serve.
