Ingredients
all 11 types- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 400g pork fillet, visible fat removed and chopped into small chunks
- 2 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
- 1 heaped tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 x 400g tin cannellini beans, drained weight approx 470g
Directions

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Add the red pepper and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the pork and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Step 4
Add the chopped tomatoes, puree, molasses, paprika and chilli, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the beans, simmer for another 5 minutes then serve.
