Ingredients
all 6 types- 100g basmati rice
- 400ml unsweetened coconut milk drink
- 300ml unsweetened soya milk
- 4 tsp granulated sweetener
- few drops vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp toasted coconut
Directions

Place all the ingredients, except the toasted coconut, into a small pan. Place over a low heat and simmer very gently for 20–25 minutes until the rice is tender.
Step 2
Serve topped with the toasted coconut.
