  1. 900g potatoes, peeled and cut in to chunky chips
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Step 2

Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Drain. Place on a non-stick baking tray and drizzle with oil. Toss the potatoes in the oil to coat evenly.

Step 4

Cook for 25-30 minutes until crisp.
