Ingredients

all 10 types
  1. 250g cod fillet, cubed
  2. 1 tsp sesame oil
  3. 5cm piece dried seaweed
  4. 2 spring onions, sliced
  5. 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  6. 450ml fish or vegetable stock
  7. 25g baby leaf spinach
  8. 25g Chinese leaves, chopped
  9. 1 tsp red miso
  10. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the fish and sprinkle with the sesame oil.

Step 2

Simmer the seaweed, spring onion, mushroom and stock for 5–6 minutes.

Step 3

Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 3–4 minutes until the fish and vegetables are cooked. Serve.
