Ingredients
all 7 types- 1 medium onion, peeled
- 10 cloves
- 600ml whole milk
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 peppercorns
- 10g vegetable oil spread
- 125g fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
Directions

Stud the onion with the cloves and place in a pan with the milk, bay leaf and peppercorns.
Step 2
Bring to a simmer, then remove from the heat and allow the flavours to develop for 2 hours.
Step 3
Remove the onion, bay leaf and peppercorns from the milk before adding the spread and breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Cook again over a very low heat for about 20 minutes until thickened.
