Ingredients

all 8 types
  1. 30g rolled oats
  2. 1 tsp granulated sweetener (optional)
  3. 50ml water
  4. 50ml skimmed milk
  5. 1 apple, unpeeled and grated
  6. 1 tbsp low-fat plain yogurt
  7. 10g chopped pistachio nuts
  8. 2 strawberries

Step 1

Add sweetener to the oats if using, then soak in the water and milk for at least 45 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.

Step 2

Mix the apple into the oats, then top with yogurt, strawberries and nuts to serve.
