Ingredients

all 10 types
  1. 6 pieces skinless salmon fillet (approx. 125g each)
  2. For the marinade:
  3. 1 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
  4. 2 tsp sesame oil
  5. pinch chilli flakes
  6. 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  7. 2 tsp runny honey
  8. For the garnish:
  9. 1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
  10. 4 spring onions, shredded

Directions

Step 1

Place all the marinade ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and stir well.

Step 2

Add the salmon fillets, coat in the marinade and set aside to allow the flavours to infuse.

Step 3

Cook for 3–4 minutes over a medium heat, add any remaining marinade, turn over and cook the other side for 3–4 minutes until thoroughly cooked through.

Step 4

Scatter with the coriander and spring onions before serving.
