Ingredients
all 8 types- 2 x 300g tin apricots in fruit juice, drained
- grated zest and juice of 1 large orange
- For the topping
- 50g rolled oats
- 25g flaked almonds
- 15g butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp runny honey
Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6.
Step 2
Place the apricots in a single layer in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle over the orange zest and juice, then place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
While you wait, mix together all the ingredients for the topping in a bowl.
Step 4
Sprinkle the topping over the apricots and return to the oven for 10–12 minutes, until golden.
Step 5
Serve with a little ice cream or light crème fraîche.
