Ingredients
all 7 types- 120g porridge oats
- 150g fat-free natural yogurt
- 3 apples, peeled, cored and grated
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 40g dried cranberries
- 3 tsp chia seeds and 1 apples, cored and diced, to serve

Prepare the muesli the night before. Put the oats into a lidded container. Add the yogurt, grated apple, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and 150ml water. Stir well to combine. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
The next morning, stir the muesli well. If it’s too thick, add a little more water until it reaches your preferred consistency.
Step 3
Stir 2tsp of the chia seeds into your muesli, then divide between bowls. Scatter over the remaining chia seeds and the diced apple, then serve.
