Ingredients

all 7 types
  1. 120g porridge oats
  2. 150g fat-free natural yogurt
  3. 3 apples, peeled, cored and grated
  4. 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  5. 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  6. 40g dried cranberries
  7. 3 tsp chia seeds and 1 apples, cored and diced, to serve

Directions

3 steps in total
Step 1

Prepare the muesli the night before. Put the oats into a lidded container. Add the yogurt, grated apple, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and 150ml water. Stir well to combine. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

The next morning, stir 
the muesli well. If it’s too thick, add a little more 
water until it reaches your 
preferred consistency. 

Step 3

Stir 2tsp of the chia seeds into your muesli, then divide between bowls. Scatter over the remaining chia seeds and the diced apple, then serve.
