Ingredients
all 8 types- 100g fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 50g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 eating apples
- 150g blackberries
- 50ml apple juice
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- half-fat crème fraiche or natural yogurt, to serve

Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Put the breadcrumbs, oats and pumpkin seeds into a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Core and chop the apples, leaving the skin on, and put in an ovenproof dish. Add the blackberries then pour the apple juice into the dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top of the fruit, then drizzle with the honey.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for around 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve the crumble straight away, with a scoop of half-fat crème fraiche or natural yogurt.
