  2. 1 egg, lightly beaten
  3. Calorie-controlled cooking spray
  4. Toppings:
  5. 2 tbsp 0% fat natural Greek yogurt and fresh berries to serve
  6. 1 tsp agave syrup (optional)

Step 1

Mix the bananas and egg with a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Mist a frying pan with cooking spray and heat. Drop a ladleful of mixture into the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Repeat.

Step 3

Serve each pancake topped with yogurt, fresh berries and agave syrup.
